Adds
@form-wire/muias a first-party Material UI mapper. The package exportsmuiMapper,createMuiMapper, and prop aliases derived withComponentProps<typeof MuiComponent>.This stacked PR builds on the Mantine adapter branch and adds the MUI package, docs, installation references, package listings, and a Kitchensink Material UI example route.
