Summary

Adds @form-wire/mantine as a first-party Form Wire mapper backed by real Mantine components. The package exports mantineMapper, createMantineMapper, and prop aliases derived with ComponentProps<typeof MantineComponent>.

Also adds Mantine docs, installation references, README/package listings, and a Kitchensink Mantine example route.
