Thank you for all your time and efforts first of all!
i tried using BS-ROFO-SW-Fixed.
There was no button on UVR5 to "install" a model, only download.
So i dropped the .CKPT file in the "MDX_Net_Models" folder
and the .YAML file in the subfolder "model_data/mdx_c_configs"
I used settings: MDX-NET/All Stems/8/BS-Rofo-SW-Fixed.ckpt
I am not using a beta UVR5, not sure where to download or install one if needed.

OS build 22631.6199
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1108.0
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics 3.90 GHz
Installed RAM 64.0 GB (59.9 GB usable)
