Updated the recover_edit_dataset API to return None for datasets with a 'filename_prefix' of 'edit_breakpoint' when the status is not 'pending'. Also added 'prefix' to the dataset in EditingSession to ensure consistent dataset structure.
Updated version numbers in __init__.py, package.json, and pyproject.toml to 2.7.1 for a new release.
