Problem
The full StarIntel document import currently aborts on same-version packet drift for
starintel:person:dnc-current-leader-virginia-mcgregor.RED-first slice
This first commit adds a repository-corpus importer invariant that calls the same full collector used by
--all. It is intentionally expected to fail on the existing conflicting packet data before the data correction lands.Intended fix
Preserve strict same-version duplicate detection. Reconcile the redundant packet-local redefinition at its source instead of adding last-writer-wins behavior to the importer. Then run the complete repository validation gate and a fresh full-import workflow.
