Open this page in Chrome:

After the download finishes:
- Open your Downloads folder
- Find the ApplyX file
- Double-click it to start setup
If Windows asks for permission, choose Yes.
Follow the steps shown on screen:
- Accept the setup prompts
- Keep the default install folder unless you need a different one
- Wait for the setup to finish
Launch Google Chrome after setup ends.
If ApplyX appears as a Chrome extension:
- Open Chrome

ApplyX uses Gmail to send outreach emails.

- Sign in to your Google account

If the app asks for your resume:

Use the version you want ApplyX to match against job posts
If prompts appear for access:
- Allow Chrome access when needed
- Allow Gmail access when needed
- Allow LinkedIn page access when needed
Browse LinkedIn and open a job listing or job-related post.
Click the ApplyX button or open the extension from Chrome.
ApplyX reads the job text and looks for key skills, role names, and work needs.
The app compares the job post with your resume and picks useful details for outreach.
ApplyX creates a message you can check before sending.
Look for:
- Your name
- The role name
- Skills from your resume
- Points that fit the job post
When the draft looks right:
- Click to open Gmail
- Review the email one more time
- Send it from your Gmail account

For better results:
- Keep your resume up to date
- Use job posts with clear role details
- Check the email draft before sending
- Edit the subject line if needed
- Use the same email account you use for job search

- Restart Chrome
