Summary

  • Reframes GoGrid from "AI agent framework" to a unified system for developing and orchestrating production AI agents in Go
  • Replaces "Kubernetes for AI Agents" as primary tagline with "Develop and Orchestrate AI Agents" — K8s metaphor kept but repositioned as a comparison (fusing dev with orchestration, like K8s fused container packaging with container management)
  • Updates "framework" → "system" in self-referential usage across docs, website, CLI, and examples
  • Reframes five orchestration patterns as workload types — orchestration primitives with built-in governance
  • New closing line: "We're not building the next framework. We're building the system that makes frameworks unnecessary."

15 files changed across README, manifesto, CLAUDE.md, website (layout, Hero, Footer, Problem, WhyGo, docs page), CLI help text, ADRs, roadmap, and graph-review example.

Test plan

  • go build ./... passes
  • go test ./... passes
  • npx next build in website/ passes
  • Grep for stale "AI agent framework" returns zero matches

Reframe GoGrid from "AI agent framework" to a unified system for
developing and orchestrating production AI agents. The K8s metaphor
is kept but repositioned as a comparison (fusing dev with orchestration)
rather than the primary tagline. Updates messaging across README,
manifesto, website, CLI, ADRs, roadmap, and examples.
