Add BuildFrameBench (AnsiRenderer.buildFrame over a representative full-screen RootNode) and AnsiDiffBench (AnsiRenderer.diff across an identical/singleCell/singleRow/fullScreen @PARAM scenario axis), plus render fixtures (screenRoot, diffRoots) on the shared Fixtures object.
