Icon could not be downloaded from the given URL

Hello,

how can I solve this problem:

After hitting:

If I download the icon (svg) and re-upload, the error "The file field must be an image." appears.
Workaround: If I use an online svg2png-converter and upload the png, it accept it.

Version: 2.8.3 (Docker)
