Adds LynxPrompt as a foundation app.
LynxPrompt: Self-hosted web app that turns one set of AI coding rules into the file each tool reads: AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, Cursor rules, Copilot instructions and 30 formats in all. Blueprints let a team share rules with variables, and a CLI and a VS Code extension put the files into every project.
The folder was generated with
scripts/scaffold.jsand the icon run through the repo's svgo config, so it matches what the app-request bot would have produced.tile_backgroundisdark; the icon carries its own background and reads on either tile.I wrote LynxPrompt. I already added CashPilot in #971; happy to raise an app-request issue instead if you prefer it tracked that way.
