Adds Pumperly as a foundation app.
Pumperly: A map of fuel prices and EV chargers with a route planner on top. Pick a destination and it lists every station along the route with its price and the minutes a stop would add, then plans the cheapest places to fill up. Prices come from government and community sources in 22 countries, with no API key to set.
The folder was generated with
scripts/scaffold.jsand the icon run through the repo's svgo config, so it matches what the app-request bot would have produced.tile_backgroundisdark; the icon carries its own background and reads on either tile.I wrote Pumperly. I already added CashPilot in #971; happy to raise an app-request issue instead if you prefer it tracked that way.
