P1 Badge Keep pi-ai and pi-coding-agent on a compatible release pair

This upgrades @earendil-works/pi-ai to 1.4.0 while leaving @earendil-works/pi-coding-agent at 1.1.0; the resulting lockfile makes the 1.1.0 coding agent consume pi-ai 1.4.0 as well. Pi-ai 1.4.0 contains breaking transcript API changes (resolveTranscriptTools and TranscriptTools.anchorsAdditions), so the 1.1.0 coding-agent build can call the old contract against the new implementation, particularly during session restoration, compaction, and branch handling. Upgrade the coding-agent package in the same coordinated change, or keep both packages pinned to 1.1.0 as the repository's Pi migration checkpoint requires.
