fix(deps): bump canvas and keyring with collected supplier evidence - #600

Collect the full 1.0.13 supplier record (repo revision 00a115d9, skia b94213a1, 127 SBOM-bound crates, 12 vendor pins) into canvas-native-sources.json, generalize the modern-version evidence rules beyond 1.0.11, and regenerate notice-sources.json for canvas 1.0.13 and keyring 2.1.2 with recover-notices. Bump keyring in both daemon and desktop and update the pinned assertion. Removes the temporary canvas override from #597.
