The automated catalog PR is blocked by three validated metadata problems: provider output limits can consume the full context window, and Grok Imagine video models are classified as image generators.
This change omits upstream output limits that cannot leave a positive input budget after the runner's 512-token overhead, and adds a video-specific Grok Imagine rule before the image rule.
