Adds the new Promotions 2025-12-01 API, available as Peddler.promotions (alias) or Peddler.promotions_2025_12_01. It supports searching promotions with rich filtering (marketplace, status, ASIN/SKU, promotion type, date ranges, revision), fetching a single promotion's details, and retrieving the items in a selection. The generated types cover promotion summaries, revisions, budgets, discounts, benefit tiers, purchase requirements/conditions, customer and brand segments, selections, and related fee and issue objects.
Report types gain a promotionsApiMappingId field: DetailsByPromotion (Promotion report) and CouponDetails (Seller Coupon and Vendor Coupon reports) can now be cross-referenced with promotions returned by the new Promotions API.
No existing methods, parameters, or fields were removed or changed in a breaking way; this is an additive update pinned to a newer selling-partner-api-models revision.
