Update config to really disable MTD we do not need.

To be more precise "...we do not need" shoud be rather "...breaks the build". With these changes it builds with dunfell. |

… separate task and place it after image greation (important!). Change do_swuimage task order to fix "do_swuimage: swupdate cannot find image file..." This also ensures do_swuimage() does not run agains an old image file. Drop use of non-standard and usually undefined IMGDEPLOYDIR breaking builds. Minor formatting fixes.
