Jaguar CD cue sheets have the first track of session 2 as AUDIO, so when a cue has no data track but has a second session, the CRC scan now hashes that track. This allows Jaguar CDs to be scanned by the correct track CRC.
I've updated the libretro-database DAT and RDB at https://github.com/libretro/libretro-database so that it looks at the correct track. The scanner now correctly scans with library, without conflicts on track 1.
