feat: add icon fallback for CI builds

- Keeps IconComposer for modern macOS builds
- Falls back to AppIcon.appiconset when IconComposer not available
- Uses actool to compile AppIcon.appiconset in CI
- Copies result to TaskitoIconComposer.icns location
- Tested locally - actool successfully generates valid .icns
