This is a project to analyze mouse tumor data across several drug regiments with multiple timepoints.
Python, Jupyter, Pandas, Text Editor, Matplotlib, scipy
Run the file using Jupyter Notebook. Be sure that the .ipynb file is in the correct relative location to the data folder and .csv as required by the script.
Run the scripts to merge and analyze the mice studies data sets. Run the script to view summaries and plots of the studies.
