These are notes to myself, not documentation for anyone using or building strata, so they do not belong in the tree. They went in by accident: the em-dash commit staged docs/ as a directory and picked up a file that had been sitting there untracked. The file is kept outside the repository. It stays in git history, since rewriting a published branch to remove a personal document is a worse trade than leaving it there.
