graphify writes a knowledge graph to
graphify-out/(graph.json, an HTML viewer, amanifest and GRAPH_REPORT.md). It is a derived index rebuilt from the source by
graphify update, not source itself, so it does not belong in the history.Untracked it was showing up in every
git statusand was one straygit add -Aawayfrom landing in a commit.
A post-commit hook now rebuilds it locally after each commit, so it stays current
without being tracked.
