feat(website): add LF Edge Slack channel panel and links - #64

Surface the project's community channel on the landing page, following the reference design for the Contribute section. - Add a Slack panel to the Contribute section with the workspace, channel and mailing-list details, plus links to open the channel and request a workspace invite. - Add a SlackIcon to the shared icon set. - Add "Slack channel" and "Mailing list - instantx-TSC" to the footer Community column. - Style the panel with existing design tokens; it collapses to two columns at 980px and one column at 600px.
