Three design passes (Leg 7 node artifact, Leg 8 control-serving wiring, ModelRuntime/ consolidation) converge on one spine — python -m shard.stage backed by a real ModelRuntime boundary — which unlocks the join gateway, mixed Torch/MLX rings, and the m25_pipe carve at once. Sequenced into Phase A (spine + packaging), B (Leg 8 earnings via receipt outbox + delivery; money stays c0mpute-side), C (residential, gated on the Ghent reachability test), D (consolidation). Flags the genuine leyten-decisions.
