chore: untrack .claude/ session notes and gitignore the directory#137
Merged
Conversation
Two internal session-plan files (.claude/plans/) were committed by mistake; they are working notes, not curated docs, and don't belong in the public tree. Remove from tracking (files stay local) and ignore .claude/ so it can't recur. Scanned both for secrets/IPs before removal: none present; history retention is acceptable.

Two internal session-plan files under .claude/plans/ were committed by mistake — working notes, not curated public docs. This removes them from tracking (local copies remain) and gitignores .claude/ so it cannot happen again. Both files scanned for secrets/IPs before removal: none present, so leaving them in past history is acceptable (no history rewrite on master, per repo policy).
