Living-state update: shard.fetch CLI + daemon wiring landed; forward-leg, self-provision, one-command test also done this session. Re-ranks the remaining Leg-7 gaps (seeding at standby is now the thing that lights up the torrent path; the map UI is flagged as leyten's fork).
