Bundles the signed macOS arm64 binary as bin/browser-cli and the Windows x64 binary as bin/browser-cli.exe in the SkillHub ZIP. The package validates both executable formats, preserves executable modes, selects the platform-specific path in Skill instructions and doctor scripts, and retains GitHub bootstrap only as a missing-binary fallback. Prepares v1.1.8.
