Add a `sync-agent-rules` command that generates an architecture-guide block from the config and syncs it into AI-agent rule files (AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, CODEX.md, CURSOR.md, GEMINI.md, WINDSURF.md). `--check` fails on drift for CI; `--only-existing` limits to files that already exist. Exposed via the root `arch:rules` / `arch:rules:check` scripts, and dogfooded in this repo. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Cuts 0.3.0 (minor): the sync-agent-rules command, plus the external preset packages and CLI color theming that landed since 0.2.0. Bumps package.json + src/index.ts VERSION and finalizes the CHANGELOG. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
