Karkinos is the only machine in the fleet with a display, so it is the only one that can run the GUI. This has to be system-level rather than in shsingh's standalone home-manager profile: the app needs a setuid helper under /run/wrappers/bin, the onepassword group, and a polkit policy for unlocking with the system login. polkitPolicyOwners is baked into the package at build time and defaults to an empty list, so it must name the user explicitly.
