lupinus is one of five active repositories without the @claude responder workflow that sixteen others carry: the thin wrapper around lentago/shared-workflows claude-responder.yml. The trigger set and permissions match the other callers.

Once this is on main, a new @claude comment on #28 triggers the app. If a run fails on a missing secret, the org secret the responder reads needs this repository added to its access list; secrets: inherit can only pass what the repository is allowed to see.

The other repositories without the workflow are monarda, mitchella, coderabbit, shared-workflows and the six uvularia template and demo repositories. They are left for a separate decision.
