  1. Fail the build if a CMake option we pass no longer exists upstream (today CMake just warns and silently builds without it)
    • Warn when our shared CMAKE_ARGS drift from upstream's. A new upstream flag though, can't break us
  2. Add sm_121 to the release completeness check. It was being built but never verified

Fix OpenVINO build

The nightly OpenVINO build has been failing since upstream's Oct 3 OpenVINO update (b92761a51). The backend now uses ov::ProfilingInfo::start_time, which only exists in OpenVINO 2026.4+, while we were still pinned to 2026.0.

  1. Read the OpenVINO version from upstream's workflow at build time instead of pinning it here, so it moves when upstream moves
  2. Build OpenVINO on both Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04. 24.04 is what upstream validates, 22.04 keeps a glibc 2.35 build for older distros
  • Treat the two OpenVINO builds as separate release families so one failing doesn't withhold the other
  • Generate the OpenVINO links in the release notes from the actual artifacts instead of a hardcoded version
  • Artifact names change to llama-<tag>-bin-ubuntu-{22,24}-openvino-<version>-x64.tar.gz
