• discord/: npm run typecheck and npm test (state and signed-session forgery, reused GitHub codes, bad webhook signatures, unlinked accounts, repeat links staying quiet, members who left).
• Deployed to discord.codync.dev and walked through with the owner's account: Discord consent (with "join servers") → GitHub sign-in (Discord had no GitHub connection) → "You're a Contributor", role added and the note posted in #moderator-only.
• Repo webhook: ping answered 204; a test issue (#120, deleted afterwards) gave the Reporter role and posted its note. Test roles and link were removed afterwards.
