Moodle has added several plugin tests into main, 5.0, 4.5, 4.4, and 4.1. core\db\plugin_checks_test::test_db_install_file with data set "mod_scheduler" fails.
The test is expecting a new line at the end of the file install.xml, this PR adds it.
