This PR removes the unused public lean-beam request-stream command and installed raw beam-client executable, leaving typed wrapper operations and MCP tools as Beam's supported request surfaces. The wrapper keeps its streamed broker transport as a private implementation boundary, with its contract exercised directly through the reusable Beam.Broker.Client library.

It also removes the redundant client executable from runtime bundles, installation manifests, and configuration fingerprints; advances the pre-stable session descriptor schema; and updates documentation, skills, and tests to describe the smaller surface. Typed CLI commands, MCP behavior, and the wrapper daemon's internal progress, diagnostics, cancellation, and terminal-response paths remain intact.
