This is a Release Please cut that bumps published versions across the monorepo and aligns workspace packages on @launchdarkly/ai-server ^0.5.0. The diff is release metadata only: .release-please-manifest.json, package.json versions, src/version.ts, and new CHANGELOG sections—no application source changes in this PR.

@launchdarkly/ai-server 0.5.0 (minor) documents the user-facing payload of the release: TypeSafe Jev judge handler support, graph flag re-resolution on every invoke/stream, fixes for tool results (object results sent as JSON), reverseTraverse ordering, deferred judge scores tied to the evaluated config, initClient() accepting a node-server-sdk client without a cast, native graph span identity, and OTel guidance pointing at @launchdarkly/ai-otel, plus a small experimental skills docs fix.

Downstream packages get patch/minor bumps that mostly record dependency updates and provider-specific fixes from the same release train (e.g. OpenAI Agents tool error propagation, Claude Agents CLI success-on-API-error, shared telemetry/graph fixes). @launchdarkly/ai-typesafe 0.2.0 and LiteLLM packages 0.2.0 are versioned in this PR with changelog notes for the TypeSafe judge handler and LiteLLM integrations respectively. @launchdarkly/ai-node 0.3.1 is a dependency-only bump on ai-server.

Holding this release:

1. Main CI is red at the commit this would ship. Run 38321949426 on 4d97cfa4 fails skills.test.ts:418 (root exports snapshot) and ai-server api:check, both from #101 adding makeGraphTrackData. #137 fixes it and is approved and green. Merge #137, then let release-please regenerate this PR.
2. Vercel packages can't publish. In the last release run (37987586310), release-vercel-messages and release-vercel-agents failed with npm error 403 ... OIDC permission denied. npm still shows only 0.0.0 for both, so 0.2.0 never shipped and 0.2.1 will likely hit the same 403. npm trusted publishing needs setting up for both packages first.

The version bumps themselves look right: all patch releases, nothing to 1.0, ai-otel unchanged.

Cleared: main CI is green now that #137 is merged (CI run on c4691cdc). The bumps are still all patches, nothing to 1.0, and ai-otel is unchanged.

Still blocking: @launchdarkly/ai-vercel-messages and @launchdarkly/ai-vercel-agents have never published. npm shows only 0.0.0 / 0.0.0-stage for both. The last release run that tried to publish them (37987586310, 9 Oct) failed with npm error 403 ... OIDC permission denied. The runs since succeeded only on days with nothing to publish. Unless npm trusted publishing has been configured for both packages, 0.2.1 will hit the same 403 and the release will go out without the two Vercel packages. Can someone with npm org access confirm the trusted-publisher setup for both packages before merging?
