Points the launchdarkly-flag-drift marketplace repository URL at launchdarkly/ai-tooling and renames the private eval workspace package to @launchdarkly/ai-tooling-evals. Summary
skills/feature-flags/launchdarkly-flag-drift/marketplace.json: the repository URL now points athttps://github.com/launchdarkly/ai-tooling. The other skills' marketplace files already use it. The old URL only works through GitHub's rename redirect.Part of REL-16325.
