Adds a default
.github/CODEOWNERSper RHCR-3158 / RISK-4354 (CODEOWNERS missing from most Lasso repos). Sets* @lassodatasystems/frontend— no path carve-outs, matching the convention already applied to crm-server, integration-processor, lasso-kore, lasso-crm-frontend, mylasso-frontend, and mylasso-php.
