feat: Lakekeeper console E2E test matrix engine#1

Full behavior matrix for console + console-plus across auth modes (noauth / authn / authz-OpenFGA / cedar) x browsers (chromium full, firefox parity, webkit smoke). Brings up the whole Lakekeeper stack via podman compose, serves the app, and runs real journeys: bootstrap, warehouse lifecycle, LoQE Iceberg create+query, FGA + Cedar access control, and storage CORS.
