ALQ: coalesce alq110 with alq111 (2017–2021 rename) so alcohol_status is populated for 2017 and 2021. Non-drinkers correctly classified as "Never"; drinkers fall into "Not provided" (alq120q not harmonized). PAQ: 2017–2018 uses the same paq605–pad675 schema as 2007–2015 — total_met_min is valid for 2007–2017, not 2007–2015 as previously stated. Add pad680 (sedentary minutes/day, 2007–2021) to base_small.
