- Add subject page rendering at /bgm/subject/:id

Escape newlines in OG/Twitter meta tags, add og:type and complete twitter:card tags for proper link previews.
Some Bangumi subjects have infobox entries like "别名" with array
values containing only {v} (no {k}), which caused undefined output
and 500 errors. Now renders them as plain text instead of links.
