- Add Weibo status and user page rendering with visitor token auto-acquisition
- Images converted to base64 data URLs to bypass sinaimg.cn hotlink protection
- Support video playback with poster image from page_info
- User page with cover background, frosted glass profile card, pinned and recent statuses
- Upgrade sinaimg.cn URLs to large variant for full-resolution cover images
- Use statuses/show API for complete status data (video, images, page_info)
- Add test fixtures and tests for user, status, and render logic
