Implements the remaining host-side CLAP extensions on the clap-full branch. All work is in src/engine/clapprovider.cpp, against the vendored CLAP 1.2.0 headers. Builds and links; not yet runtime-verified in-app.
Process loop: real steady_time counter, plugin output events routed (param→UI sync, MIDI out), restart-safe process lock.
