* lvtk: remove lv2/messages.hpp unsued code. update clap provider * spinlock: drop lvtk, use new element::SpinLock * lv2: delete unused atom related classes and helpers * drop all references to Atom related and lvtk classes * Remove deps/lvtk submodule
