This pull request adds new explainer images to the flowtiles visualizations. They should be created in the out folder after running the pipeline. Here is what each should look like:

One goal I had was to also update the state level image with the updated color palette. Hwever, my pipeline has been breaking when it gets to the targets that create the state level instagram png.
