Add configurable 3D spiral animation modes

Summary

• add animation mode controls to the 3D settings with nine presets including CA-inspired propagation and log-spiral expansion
• extend the Arram-Boyle geometry export with reusable line-pattern metadata and overhaul the Three.js viewer to animate arc groups based on rings, neighbors, and multi-pattern strobes
• mirror the new controls and engine logic into the standalone viewer templates
