Sample Vote App
- Install Zend Tool and PropelORM
- Prepare configuration of database in /application/models/ (3 file - remove ext .dist and fill HOST, USER and PASSWORD)
- Run 'propel.sh main'
- Run 'zf import constituency' to import constituencies to database
- Setup vhost with webroot set to 'public' directory
