Added some design docs for the data fetcher and the unit tests. From my experience, this helps working with coding agents a lot.
@thiagovmdon maybe try pulling these design docs into context when working on a fetcher and see if it helps to reduce manual feedback loops and overall outcome. If you or your coding tool of choice finds anything worth updating, please make sure to do so
