Stack 5/6 — depends on #7

  • A mapping whose account folder was gone did nothing and showed nothing, with no way to remove it from the UI. Such accounts are now listed after the real ones with a (folder missing) tag: p shows the mappings, d drops them, enter explains instead of launching, and the countdown never starts for them. Recreating the account under the same name revives the mappings.
  • Adding a directory already mapped to another account used to rebind silently; the notice now says (was <account>). Re-adding an identical mapping says so instead of rewriting config.

A mapping whose account folder was gone did nothing and showed nothing,
and there was no way to remove it from the UI. Such accounts are now
listed after the real ones with a (folder missing) tag: p shows their
mappings, d drops them, enter explains instead of launching, and the
countdown never starts for them.

Adding a directory that is already mapped to another account used to
rebind it silently; the notice now says which account it moved from,
and re-adding an existing mapping says so instead of rewriting config.
