Due to the migration of fields from subplugin tables to surveypro_item, backups created on 4.1 and restored to 4.5 lose these fields. The result looks like the following:

This is because the subplugins' restore code does not take the migrated fields into account, it still attempts to insert them into the plugin table rather than separating them out and update the surveypro_item record.
