Go-live Low finding DOC-2: the READMEs cross-linked siblings but gave no version pairing, so the skew (e.g. Node 0.11 vs Py 0.2) reads as a mismatch. Add a one-line clarification that the packages version independently and interoperate at the wire level. README-only (propagates to the registry on the next release).

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Clarify at the sibling cross-reference that the Node and Python packages release on
independent cadences, so a version-number gap is expected; both implement the same
StandIn wire protocol and interoperate with the hosted service identically.
