- Fix getAllGitignorePatterns to read .gitignore from root directory only - Improve pattern matching logic for directory-only patterns - Add better test isolation with beforeEach/afterEach - Remove unreliable filesystem checks in pattern matching - Fix test directory cleanup and setup for CI compatibility Resolves CI failures in GitHub Actions where gitignore detection was returning false when it should return true.
